A family mediation aimed at resolving a troubled marriage turned deadly in Beitbridge, Zimbabwe, after a man allegedly attacked and killed his wife during a meeting with relatives. Police said the incident involved Mukhosi Shadreck Mulaudzi Muthavhatsindi, a 56-year-old from Malala village, and his wife, who had both recently returned from South Africa amid ongoing marital disputes. According to authorities, efforts to reconcile the couple led to a family gathering at Matshiloni village on April 26, where relatives suggested divorce as a possible resolution.
