  Actor Charles Ndawurum has mocked South Africans after they crashed out of the World Cup last night. The Bafana Bafana boys of South Africa were sent back home by Canada after 1 - 0 victory in knockout stage. Like Charles, many Nigerians rejoiced over this win. There is no love lost between Nigerians and South Africa following the latter's recent anti-foreigners campaign that has seen over 400 Nigerians deported from the country.   Ralph Mincey, 63, fatally shot his 37-year-old daughter, Amanda McBrayer, in the head when she accused him of not taking care of his elderly mother. He then turned the .9mm handgun on his wife of nearly four decades and pulled the trigger again, according to cops, WKRC-TV News reported. My wife had told my daughter that I didn’t take care of my mother,” Mincey told a 911 dispatcher on newly released audio. “I do every day and, I just shot my daughter and my wife of 38 years.   “I just, I couldn’t handle no more, the f***ing lying and the way they were screaming at me.   Some restaurants in Lagos were not left out in feeling the impact of the heavy downpour that left many places flooded in the state on Sunday, June 28.. A video making the rounds on social media this morning, June 29, shows customers in an unnamed restaurant lifting their feet as they dined in the restaurant taken over by floodwater. The video showed some customers removing their expensive slippers and hanging them on the chair arm to prevent contamination from the floodwater. A staff member of the restaurant was also captured giving them dustbin bags to tie around their feet. Watch the video below  

  Three Brazilian sisters with a combined age of 316 have been named by Guinness World Records ​as the oldest living trio of siblings in the world.   Researchers are now studying the sisters to find ‌out the secret to longevity.   The DNA Longevo Project, a study led by scientist Mayana Zatz from the University of Sao Paulo, aims to investigate the biological factors behind aging.   The sisters, Zulina de Deus Nunes, 103, Zoraide de ​Deus Mota, 104, and Levita de Deus Nunes, 109, who live in Rio de Janeiro, were ​identified through LongeviQuest, a global organization that verifies longevity records and partners with Guinness World Records.     The three sisters credit their longevity to a healthy diet and an active lifestyle.   Zulina ​recalled a childhood spent ​swimming and fishing in rivers.  "Everything ⁠was fresh.   One person was k!lled, and another sustained life-threatening injuries in a sho0ting near San Pedro Square, a popular entertainment hub where World Cup fans had gathered in San Jose, California, on Sunday, June 28.   The sho0ting occurred at around 9.12 pm local time (0412 GMT) at the intersection of North Market and West Santa Clara streets, the San Jose Police Department (SJPD) said.   The infant was found Sunday morning, June 28, by a member of staff conducting maintenance at the annual Electric Forest festival in Michigan.   Michigan State Police said in a statement: "The Michigan State Police continue to investigate the discovery of a deceased neonate found Sunday morning in the camping area at the Electric Forest Festival.
