The Federal High Court in Abuja has adjourned the ongoing trial involving former Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF) and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami (SAN), and his son, Abdulaziz Malami, to February 27, 2026. The adjournment, announced on Friday, February 20, 2026, came after proceedings could not proceed due to a public holiday (declared as a work-free day) by the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike.
