A 26-year-old man, Olaolukitan Adon Abel, has been arrested in connection with three shooting incidents that left two women d3ad

 

Olaolukitan, of Atlanta, was taken into custody Monday, April 14, 2026

A woman, who has not been identified, was found with multiple gunshot wounds on Monday.

She later died after being taken to the hospital, according to the DeKalb County Police Department.

Arrest warrants state the woman, who was found with 14 gunshot wounds, got out of the car she was in with Adon Abel.

The warrants state Adon Abel is believed to have fired at her and continued to shoot as she ran off

 connection between the woman and Adon Abel is not known.

The second shooting happened outside a Kroger around 1:30 a.m. Monday. 

A man was shot multiple times and taken to Grady Memorial Hospital, where he is in critical condition.

Brookhaven police said the suspect fired at the man, who is believed to be homeless, several times from his vehicle.

"For our part of the investigation, it is apparent to us that this was a completely random attack of a member of our unhoused community,” Brookhaven Police Chief Brandon Gurley said.

The third shooting happened right before 7 a.m. A woman was found d3ad with gunshot and stab wounds. 

DeKalb County police said the woman was identified as Lauren Bullis, 40.

Arrest warrants state video shows the suspect passing Bullis in his car before getting out and following her down the street. A bloody knife was found in Adon Abel’s vehicle, according to the warrants
